A micro-flow chamber, a device and a method for micro-resolution particle image velocimetry are provided to calculate the speed of the fluid rapidly and exactly by removing background noise in an image obtained from the light radiated from fluorescence trace particles. A micro-flow chamber(30) comprises a channel(32), a plurality of inlet ports(34,36,38), and a plurality of fluid suppliers(46,48,50). Fluid passes through the channel. The fluid is supplied at the front side of the channel through a plurality of the inlet ports. A plurality of fluid suppliers are connected to each inlet port and supplies the fluid. The fluid including fluorescence trace particles is supplied to a specific inlet port among a plurality of inlet ports. The location within the channel of the trace particle is controlled by controlling the flow rate of the fluid supplied to a plurality of inlet ports.
