Oxide dispersion strengthened alloy and a production method thereof using wet mixing of yttrium salts are provided to improve productivity of oxide dispersion strengthened alloy with less pollution level. A production method of oxide dispersion strengthened alloy using wet mixing of yttrium salts is as follows. Base alloy powder is dipped in a solution, in which yttrium salt is dissolved, and wet-mixed. The mixed solution is dried. The dried alloy powder is subject to vacuum thermal process to produce yttrium system oxide, wherein the yttrium salt is selected from the group consisting of yttrium nitrate, yttrium acetate, yttrium oxalate, and yttrium chloride. The semi-product is densified and processed.
