摘要

A manufacturing method of a transparent polyimide and an organoclay nano composite, and a flexible organic electroluminescent device using the same are provided to improve performance of an organic electric device by depositing an ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) according to a temperature change. A manufacturing method of a nano composite film comprises the following steps: a step for generating polyamic acid by mixing diamine and dianhydride; a step for generating a dispersion solution by dispersing a clay substituted into dodecylamine in Na+-MMT to a polar aprotic solvent; a step for generating a transparent solution having viscosity by mixing the dispersion solution and the polyamic acid; and a step for performing thermal imidazation about the transparent solution.
