FORCED VENTILATION COOLING TOWER USING JET PROPULSION

A forced ventilation cooling tower is provided to reduce management cost of the cooling tower by using jet propulsion of cooling water and to implement even spray area of cooling water falling to the filler. A forced ventilation cooling tower comprises an inlet pipe(3), a branch pipe(12), and a cooling fan(16). The inlet pipe is installed in the vertical direction from the lower part of the cooling tower and provided with cooling water. The branch pipe is pivotally combined in the upper end of the inlet pipe and arranged radially from the rotary shaft connected to the inlet pipe. The branch pipe is equipped with a cooling water injection nozzle inclined opposite to the rotating direction. The cooling fan is combined in a rotary shaft(15) of the branch pipe and rotates together with the branch pipe.
