COMPOSITION FOR IMPROVEMENT OF EXERCISE PERFORMANCE, FATIGUE RECOVERY AND ANTIOXIDATION ACTIVITY COMPRISING PROCESSED PANAX SPECIES PLANT LEAF EXTRACT

A composition for improving exercise ability, fatigue recovery and antioxidation activity is provided to enhance physical strength and exercise ability by processing leaf extract of Panax sp. plant. A composition for enhancing exercise ability, fatigue recovery and antioxidation activity comprises a processed material of leaf extract of Panax sp. plant as an active ingredient. The processed material comprises protopanaxatriol 3-O-glycoside derivative and protopanaxadiol 3-O-glycoside derivative in the content of 1:0.5-1.5. A method for producing a processed material of ginseng leaf extract comprises: a step of adding solvent selected among water, alcohol of C1-4, or their mixture solvent in ginseng leaves; a step of freeze-drying to obtain extract powder; a step of adding water and acetic acid in the powder; and a step of stirring at 60-100‹C and drying.
