SYNTHESIS OF BIOLOGICALLY INTERESTING PYRANOCHROMENES AND ITS NATURAL PRODUCT ANALOGES

A pyranochromenes is provided to simply and efficiently manufacture the pyranochromenes using a substituted trihydroxybenzene as an initiator. A method for synthesizing a pyranochromene is to synthesize the pyranochromene through double condensation with alpha,beta-unsaturated aldehyde under the presence of catalyst, ethylenediaminediacetate. The solvent of double condensation is selected among benzene, toluene, chloroform, and methylene chlroride. The reaction catalyst is 20 mol% of ethylenediaminediacetate.
