THE TURBO CHARGER SYSTEM WITH RETROFIT DIESEL VEHICLES INTO GAS

A turbo charger system for retrofit of diesel vehicle into gas vehicle is provided to reduce thermal and mechanical load resulting from the retrofit by by-passing a part of exhaust and adjusting the tension of a spring operating the swing valve. A turbo charger system for retrofit of diesel vehicle into gas vehicle comprises a super charger, a super pressure control actuator(250), an intake manifold, a swing valve(190), and a spring(255) operating the swing valve. The exhaust gas from the engine is supplied to the super charger to compress the air from an air cleaner, and a part of the compressed air passes through an intercooler and is supplied to an intake manifold. A part of the exhaust gas actuating the exhaust impeller of the super charger is bypassed and the tension of the spring is controlled in order to lower super pressure.
