A sensor of blood sugar using a enzyme variant is provided to quickly detect and improve sensitivity with a small amount of enzyme by binding an enzyme variant to magnet assembly monomolecular membrane. A strip sensor for measuring blood sugar comprises a non-conductive substrate: an enzyme which uses a glucose which is tagged with peptide or protein having opposite charge with a magnet assembly monomolecular membrane as a substrate; a reaction unit having electron transfer mediator which generates electron; and an electron unit which is connected to the reaction unit.
