An automatic cash machine provides a screen to a person in charge to select sorts of paper money and amount(S407). The automatic cash machine provides a screen in order to confirm the collected sorts of paper money and amount to a terminal of the person in charge(S411). The automatic cash machine releases the number of paper money depending on its kind(S417). The automatic cash machine determines whether cash is remained in a cassette storing cash(S420). The automatic cash machine informs the collection management result to the terminal of the person in charge(S425).
