A terminal and a contents information distribution method in mobile P2P ad-hoc network environment are provided to transmit the contents information according to a priority and impose the priority to an interest query between terminals. A terminal receives an interest query from terminals(S100). A controller determines whether the concern query received exists in the database(S110). After the controller obtains the priority about the register of the query database(S120), the content information about the concern query is broadcasted(S170).
