A male screw cylindrical part (21) formed at the upper end of a cylindrical excavation part (20) is engaged with a female screw cylindrical part (33) integrally formed at the lower end of an intermediate cylindrical part (32). The flange wall (41) of an outer excavation part (40) is held and fixed between the lower end of the female screw cylindrical part (33) and the step part on the lower end side of the male screw cylindrical part (21), whereby the cylindrical excavation part (20) and the outer excavating part (40) can be so fixed as to be capable of integrally rotating.;COPYRIGHT KIPO & WIPO 2010
