摘要

An Internet homepage public notice service server is provided to search a homepage easily based on the electronic message transmission address of a user. A calling terminal(100) connects to a public notice service server(200) without the member subscription or authentication of an Internet user, and then transmits a phone number or an E-mail address, public notice information and a password code received through the phone number or E-mail address from the public notice service server(S2-S4). The public notice service server transmits the password code to the phone number or E-mail address inputted from the user terminal(S5). When the inputted password code coincides with the delivered password code(S6,S7), the public notice service server stores the public notice information(S8).
