A system and a method for checking an environment map by using a mobile terminal are provided to enable a checker to check lists in a business area based on an environment related law and input them to the mobile terminal, thereby automatically determining an administrative guidance and notifying a result. A check management server(30) selects an environment discharging work place to be checked and transmits it to a mobile terminal. The check management server receives a check result and an administrative guidance decision from the mobile terminal, and automatically writes and sends a notification. The mobile terminal receives the check result from the environment discharging work place to immediately determine an instant administrative decision and gets a signature of a person to be checked.
