PURPOSE: A one component polyurethane resin reaction composition for coating gloves using nontoxic dimethyl sulfoxide and a method for preparing the same are provided to improve the environment of a workplace and to be environment-friendly by not generating harmful organic solvents. CONSTITUTION: A one component polyurethane resin reaction composition for coating gloves comprises 100 parts by weight of a polyol mixture consisting of 25~35 parts by weight of polyether polyol and 65~75 parts by weight of polyester polyol; 25~35 parts by weight of isocyanate; 300~400 parts by weight of dimethyl sulfoxide; 3~7 parts by weight of ethylene glycol; 0.03~0.7 parts by weight of stabilizer; and 4.2~8.0 parts by weight of other additives.
