PURPOSE: A 3-dimension floating honing jig is provided to improve the productivity of honing process using a floating horning jig by quickly fixing and detaching a processed product with one touch.;CONSTITUTION: A 3-dimension floating honing jig comprises a locking plate, a front plate, a side plate, a base clock, and a guide shaft. The locking plate(7) fixes a processed product(2). The front plate(3) has a locator pin fixing the processed product, and rotates forwardly and reversely with a hinge shaft. The side plate(12) is coupled with the hinge shaft and is integrally formed with the rear plate. The base block(14) is coupled with a shaft formed on the middle of the rear plate to be rotated. The guide shaft(19) connects the rear plate and the base block to limit the rotation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
