PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for filtering tag data in an RFID system, the RFID system using the same and a recording medium thereof are provided to perform noise filtering and overlapped filtering, thereby efficiently shortening delay time due to filtering. CONSTITUTION: A method for filtering tag data in an RFID system comprises the following steps. When tag data recognized through a reader which recognizes a tag are inputted to a sliding window, an accumulation recognition number of the tag data is calculated. When the tag data is ended in the sliding window, a threshold value showing a minimum recognition number with which tag data is recognized as normal tag data is compared with the accumulation recognition number(S310). It is verified whether the tag data is normal tag data(S312). When the tag data is not normal tag data, the tag data is deleted(S324).
