PURPOSE: A method for preparing nerve stem cells through reprogramming labium minor-derived adult cells is provided to induce the differentiation of nerve stem cells from ectodermal precursor cells and remarkably obtain the nerve stem cells.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing pluripotent adult stem cells comprises: a step of obtaining dermal tissue from labium minor; a step of isolating cells from the dermal tissue; and a step of culturing the isolated cells in low glucose DMEM media.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
