PURPOSE: A trolley electromobile is provided to minimize the energy consumption by realizing the electricity receiving rate of 100% through an electricity collecting device.;CONSTITUTION: A trolley electromobile includes a power supply device(100), an electricity collecting device(200) and an electromobile. The power supply device comprises a pillar, a crossbar or girder and a rigid body wire. The pillar is installed on a road and supplies the power the electromobile which travels on the road. The crossbar or girder is horizontally connected between pillars. The rigid body wire is installed under the crossbar or girder.
