摘要

PURPOSE: A method for predicting system drug targeting of pathogen is provided to shorten the number of candidate of drug and used for treating and preventing disease by the pathogen. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening drug target enzyme or its gene comprises: a step of selecting subject microorganism and constructing metabolic network model; a step of selecting choke point as a drug target enzyme candidates (I) and (II); a step of comparing the candidates (I) and (II) and selecting; a step of selecting a second drug target enzyme group; a step of selecting the first drug target gene group; a step of determining essential metabolites (I); and a step of making various combination of gene selected among the group of the first and second drug target gene group.
