METHOD FOR COLLECTING AMMONIA FROM WASTE CATALYSTS, CAPABLE OF IMPROVING COLLECTING EFFICIENCY TO SAVE PRODUCTION COSTS

PURPOSE: A method for collecting ammonia from waste catalysts is provided to decrease the partial pressure of ammonia included in the waste catalysts as well as surface tension while maintaining absorption temperature, thereby improving collecting efficiency.;CONSTITUTION: A method for collecting ammonia from waste catalysts comprises the following steps of: primarily removing ammonia gas from waste water; secondarily removing the ammonia gas from effluent; separating the collected ammonia gas into a gas phase and liquid phase in order to prevent the phase change of the ammonia gas, and filling a holding tank with the separated ammonia; letting an absorbing tower absorb the ammonia gas; and storing the absorbed ammonia solution.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
