PURPOSE: A remote fugitive emission control instrument system and a method thereof are provided to enable a real-time leakage of a volatile inorganic compound for a target device by using an infrared gas measurement device.;CONSTITUTION: A remote fugitive emission control instrument system includes an information recoding medium(100), a volatile inorganic compound detector, an infrared gas measurement device(400), a data transceiving device(500) and a fugitive emission control server(600). The information recording medium is attached to plural chemical devices, and stores the additional information for the other chemical devices and the financial and kind information for the chemical devices. The volatile inorganic compound detector matches the detected results to an ID of the chemical device and transmits the matched result. The infrared gas measurement device detects the leakage of gas around the corresponding chemical device by using an infrared ray, and the data transceiving device receives and records the gas leakage data in a measurement list. The fugitive emission control server generates standard and index information by receiving measurement completion information from the data transceiving device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
