PURPOSE: A seawater discharging system is provided to prevent the level of the surface of the earth from being increased by global warming, so icebergs or ices are melted in polar regions.;CONSTITUTION: A seawater discharging system comprises a pipe body. The pipe body connected to the sea(60) is vertically installed toward the atmosphere(40). The pipe body has a pipe connection part(120) connected through one method among welding, fitting, and sticking methods. The pipe body is made of metal, synthetic resin, and ceramics. A rise supporting member(360) is formed at one side of a support guide(100).
