PURPOSE: A method and a system for reducing heating value of natural gas are provided to simplify whole facilities and to reduce running costs.;CONSTITUTION: A system for reducing heating value of natural gas comprises a separator(15), first vaporizer, and second heat exchanger. The separator separates liquid components from natural gas in which gas components and liquid components are mixed. The first vaporizer completely vaporizes partly vaporized LNG to make it natural gas while passing through first and second heat exchangers. The second heat exchanger cools the completely vaporized natural gas and supplies a mixture of gas components and liquid components to the separator.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
