PURPOSE: A gel type electrolyte and a dye-sensitized solar cell using the same are provided to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency.;CONSTITUTION: A gel type electrolyte(30) includes a nonvolatile polymer solvent having two or more hydrogen bond positions per a hydrogen bond functional group. The nonvolatile polymer solvent having two or more hydrogen bond positions includes a polymer having the hydrogen bond functional group and diacid, or includes a polymer having two kinds of the hydrogen bond functional group. The dye-sensitized solar cell includes a first electrode(11), a second electrode(21), a porous film(13), and the gel type electrolyte. The porous film is interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. A dye is absorbed on the porous film.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
