PURPOSE: A method for producing mudflat metagenome-derived novel esterase is provided to massively produce the novel esterase and apply to various industries.;CONSTITUTION: A mudflat metagenome-derived novel esterase has 10-70°C of active temperature. A polypeptide, polyepetide variant or its active fragment has esterase activity. The polypeptide is encoded by a polynucleotide of the sequence number 1.
