PURPOSE: A draw-out circuit breaker assembly with a telescopic racking handle is provided to rack a frame of a high rated current using the telescopic racking handle.;CONSTITUTION: A draw-out circuit breaker assembly includes a draw-out circuit breaker and a breaker cassette. The draw-out circuit breaker has a plurality of contacts. The contacts disconnect or connect the power source and the electrical load. The breaker cassette includes a draw-out support plate(20) and a port(25). The draw-out support plate receives the operation component of the draw-out circuit breaker.
