An advertising part(20) has a recess from the surface of the housing. An ash tray member(30) includes a horizontal board, a vertical board perpendicularly crossed with the horizontal board, and an inclined part with a certain slant. A container(40) is curved surface(42) and has a rotary door, and the rotary door is combined with the container with a hinge. A fastening unit is formed at the other side of the hinge, and a door(50) is combined with the surface of the housing with the hinge.
