PURPOSE: A vernalized Arabidopsis thaliana-derived small RNA or vernalization using the same is provided to control anthesis of various plants.;CONSTITUTION: A method for vernalizing of Arabidopsis thaliana comprises: a step of collecting Mo seed from the Arabidopsis thaliana of which small RNA is overexpressed; and a step of inducing anthesis of the Arabidopsis thaliana through vernalization. The small RNA IS selected from FRIGIDA (FRI)-derived smRNA 101 (the sequence number 1), smRNA 104 (the sequence number 2), smRNA 107 (the sequence number 3), smRNA 115 (the sequence number 4), smRNA 117 (the sequence number 5), smRNA 125 (the sequence number 6), smRNA 128 (the sequence number 7), smRNA 103 (the sequence number 8), smRNA 106 (the sequence number 9), smRNA 122 (the sequence number 10), smRNA 123 (the sequence number 11), and smRNA 114 (the sequence number 12) and smRNA 119 (the sequence number 13).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
