PURPOSE: A wireless communication method and a communication apparatus therefor are provided to prevent deterioration of wireless quality generated due to collision of physical sub channels.;CONSTITUTION: Processing is started(S10). A controller determines a transmission period of a UCD message(S11). A control message generating unit obtains UL sub channel assignment information, permutation information and sub channel rotation information stored in a memorizing unit from the controller.
