SYSTEM AND METHOD SUPPORTING AN AIR-BAG LOW RISK DEPLOYMENT TEST, CAPABLE OF PERFORMING ONLY SOME TEST UNDER SEVERE CONDITIONS AMONG VARIOUS TEST CONDITIONS AGAINST AN INFANT SEAT
PURPOSE: A system and method supporting an air-bag deployment test are provided to cut down expense and time for an air bag deployment test by performing some tests under severe conditions among tests for an LRD(Low Risk Deployment).;CONSTITUTION: A method supporting an air-bag low risk deployment test is as follows. A CRS(Child Restraint Systems) type of an examination factor, and weighted value of the examination factor and attachment environment severe condition of the CRS are inputted(S10). A vehicle structure data related to air-bag deployment is inputted(S20). Measured value of checking factors about entire CRS types are calculated. The degree of influence is evaluated by adding weighting value to the measured value(S30). K-CRS types conforming to the upper position influence are selected(S40). An injury index obtained by performing an air-bag deployment test under severe conditions by attachment environment types is input into the selected CRS type. In case the injury index passes the inspection criteria, it is determined that entire CRS types pass the inspection criteria under all attachment environment(S70,S80).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
