PURPOSE: A surface treatment device and a brushing unit used thereto are provided to prevent the damage to the surface of a structure during the brushing work by making a brushing member from light steel wire.;CONSTITUTION: A brushing unit(100) comprises a rotating body unit, a busing member(20), and brushing members(30). The busing member is inserted in the center of the body unit to mount the body portion. The brushing members are mounted on one side of the body portion. The body unit includes a mounting unit. The mounting unit embeds one side of the brushing member. The mounting unit sets up the extension direction of the brushing member.
