摘要

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a heat dissipation sheet is provided to form a flexible coupling relation regardless of an external force by coupling a heat dissipation medium in a synthetic resin film.;CONSTITUTION: A heat dispersion solution is manufactured by mixing a solvent of 40~70weight% and a heat dispersion medium of 30~60weight%. A heat dissipation medium solution is manufactured by mixing the heat dispersion solution of 100 weight parts, a binder of 5~20 weight parts, and a hardener of 5~10 weight parts(S110). A thin film of the heat dissipation medium solution is manufactured by coating the heat dissipation medium solution on a synthetic resin film with thickness of 0.1~1.0mm(S120). The thin film of the heat dissipation medium solution is hardened in a high temperature condition of 80~130°C(S130). A heat dissipation medium sheet is formed by attaching the thin film to the synthetic resin film. The heat dissipation medium sheet is cut. The heat dissipation medium sheet is wound through a roll winder(S140).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
