PURPOSE: A functional food composition is provided to improve and prevent essential tremor using egg yolk oil without toxic symptoms or side effects. CONSTITUTION: A functional food composition contains egg yolk oil as an active ingredient. The functional food composition additionally contains a gingko leaf extract. The functional food composition includes sitologically acceptable carriers. When the functional food composition is prepared as a liquid for oral administration, the carrier includes water, glycol, oil, alcohol, flavoring agent, preservative, surfactant, or coloring agent. When the functional food composition is prepared as a solid for oral administration, the carrier includes starch, sugar, diluting agent, binding agent, lubricant, or disintegrating agent.
