PURPOSE: A healthcare system and a method thereof using a dynamic security service capable of maintaining the security of data are provided to dynamically change the right of a terminal according to a condition.;CONSTITUTION: Sensor devices(110, 120) supply a condition of hospital room environment. The sensor device recognizes the location of the terminal. A management server(200) collects data. The management server gives the authority according to the role of the terminal. The management server dynamically provides data to the terminal. The terminal grasps the location through the sensor device.
