FASTENER GUN FOR HANDLING CONVENIENCE OF OIL FILLING-UP BY MINIMIZING LOSS OF OIL

PURPOSE: A fastener gun is provided to prevent leak of oil and minor failure and achieve simple hydraulic circuit.;CONSTITUTION: A fastener gun comprises an air cylinder part(10), a hydraulic cylinder part(20), a pulley cylinder(30), and an anvil(40). The air cylinder part has a first piston(P1) elevating by air. The hydraulic cylinder part is combined in the top of the cylinder part. The hydraulic cylinder part has a second piston(P2) linked with the first piston. The hydraulic cylinder part is filled with oil. The pulley cylinder is combined with the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder part. A pulley piston(P3) and oil is embedded in the pulley cylinder. The pulley piston pulls a cut pin unit of a lock bolt using hydraulic applied from the hydraulic cylinder part. The anvil is set up in the front of the pulley cylinder. The anvil presses the outer diameter of the collar combined with the lock bolt.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
