SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING NON-ACCOUNTING CALL

PURPOSE: A prepaid subscriber non-charging call providing method and a system connecting data call by allocating a quota to the prepaid subscriber are provided to supply data call to the subscriber according to the need of a non-charged service. CONSTITUTION: A request message about a data call is received from a prepaid subscriber passing through a DSN(Data Service Node) and an IP(Internet Protocol) network of a mobile radio communication network(S402). An authentication request is transmitted to an authentication server. The pre-paid balance is confirmed after authentication about the prepaid subscriber through the certificate server(S406). The quota of predetermined amount is allocated to the prepaid subscriber(S408). The data call is connected to the prepaid subscriber(S410).
