PURPOSE: A server and a set-top box of an interactive TV system, the interactive TV system including the same, a method of changing a channel of an interactive TV, and a method of transmitting multimedia of the interactive TV are provided to remove waiting time when changing a channel of an interactive TV. CONSTITUTION: An interactive TV system includes a set-top box(130) and a display(140). The set-top box is connected to the first channel to receive specific A/V data. The set-top box is connected to the second channel to receive data for channel information corresponding to at least one A/V data. A display provides A/V data related to the data for channel information selected through the first channel to a user.
