A hot water supply apparatus of an absorption cooler-heater is provided to supply hot water when in a cooling mode by making the high concentration liquid of high temperature exchange the heat with the boiled water in the water boiling heat exchanger. A hot water supply apparatus of an absorption cooler-heater comprises a high temperature generator(100), a low temperature generator(110), a compressor(120), an evaporator(130), an absorber(140), a lower temperature heat exchanger(150), a high temperature heat exchanger(160), and a water boiling heat exchanger(220). The water boiling heat exchanger has a boiled water inlet pipe(221) which is installed on a high concentration liquid supply line(183) and supplies the boiled water of low temperature, and a boiled water outlet pipe(222) discharging the boiled water of high temperature.
