A manufacturing method of a prefabricated composite manhole and a prefabricated composite manhole manufactured by the same are provided to prevent the separation of each structural element of a manhole and to improve stability and assemblability. A manufacturing method of a prefabricated composite manhole comprises the steps of manufacturing a manhole main body by welding an inflow pipe and an outflow pope water-tightly(S1), installing a prefabricated inverter by connecting a prefabricated inverter to the inside of the manhole main body(S2), arranging reinforcing bars by forming a bar arrangement unit formed by arranging reinforcing bars to intersect at regular intervals on the lower part of the manhole main body(S3), installing a form of the shape of a lower fixing plate to be formed on the lower part of the manhole main body(S4), placing and curing concrete on the lower part of the manhole main body and the form through a concrete placing hole of the prefabricated inverter and removing the form, thereby manufacturing a lower fixing plate(S5), assembling an upper plate to the uppermost end of the manhole main body(S6), assembling a height adjustment unit having the appointed height along the outside of an entrance of the upper plate(S7), and assembling a support frame to the upper part of the height adjustment unit(S8).
