HIGH INTEGRITY CONTAINER FOR RADIOACTIVE WASTE DISPOSAL

A high integrity container for radioactive waste disposal capable of improving impact absorption capacity is provided to improve integrity of container by surrounding outside of drum consisting of polymer concrete to stainless steel or carbon steel. A high integrity container for radioactive waste disposal includes a drum(10) and a cover(20). The drum is made of a polymer concrete. Outside of the drum is surrounded with a stainless steel or a carbon steel(11). Inside of the drum is patched with a container(12) of polyethylene(PE) material. An entrance part made of polyethylene is formed on a top of the drum. The cover made of polyethylene is coupled with the entrance part in order to seal the drum. The cover and the drum are coupled by a screw wire.
