A system for transmitting a PR(Public Relation) message by using a mobile terminal is provided to perform PR effectively with the mobile terminal capable of accessing information regardless of time/spatial restriction by offering the PR message together with coupon information to the mobile terminal. A database(110) stores user information, customer information of each user, coupon information. A UI(User Interface) provider(121) receives PR contents information from a user terminal. A user information reader(122) reads the user information from the database. A coupon information selector(123) selects the coupon information from database. A message former(124) generates a PR message, which includes the PR contents information in a first section, includes the user information in a second section, and includes the coupon information in a third section. A PR message transmitter(130) transmits the PR message generated from a PR message generator(120) to a customer mobile terminal(300) selected by the customer information of the user.
