A dietary supplement having the anticancer activity, and a food additive having the anticancer activity are provided to suppress the skin cancer cell and the stomach cancer cell. A dietary supplement having the anticancer activity contains an extract of Solanum tuberosum L. (Gogu valley). Preferably the dietary supplement is prepared into a form of a raw juice, a pouch, a beverage or a tea. Also the food additive having the anticancer activity contains an extract of Solanum tuberosum L.
