A body scrub massage composition of non-antiseptic using rice bran and sulfur salt is provided to supply enough moisture and nutrition due to addition of the herb medicine extract, to maintain skin having healthy and elasticity. A body scrub massage composition of non-antiseptic using rice bran and sulfur salt comprises a first component 50 weight% made by mixing sulfur salt and glycerine, a second component 7 weight% made by mixing glycerine and carboxymethylcellulose(CMC), a third component 41 weight% made by mixing rice bran and purified water, and a fourth component 2 weight% made by mixing herb medicine extract and one of terra alba or yellow soil. The herb medicine extract is extracted from one or herb medicine mixed ingredient of angelicae gigantis Radix, glycyrrhizae radix, job's-tears, angelicae dahuricae Radix, houttuynia cordata, bark of ulmus davidiana var, ginseng, polygonati Rhizoma, plantain, Xanthii Fructus, persicae Semen, armeniacae Semen, lonicerae Flos, pine needles, spirodelae Herba, phellodendri Cortex, mori Radicis Cortex, calamus, ganoderma lucidum and camellia oil.
