A wide-band RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) tag antenna with a double PIFA(Planar Inverted-F Antenna) structure is provided to control an input reactance characteristic easily by controlling a width between main and sub feed units or length of the main feed unit. A wide-band RFID tag antenna(1) with a double PIFA structure includes a double radiation patch layer(10), a ground layer, a feed unit(30), a tag chip(40), and short-circuit units(11a,13a,33a,41a). The double radiation patch layer is composed of a PIFA lower radiation patch layer(13) and a PIFA upper radiation patch layer(11) stacked on an upper surface of the PIFA lower radiation patch layer. The ground layer is formed on a lower surface of the PIFA lower radiation patch layer. The feed unit is parallel formed on the same surface as the PIFA lower radiation patch layer to feed RF power to each of the radiation patch layers. The tag chip is arranged at one side of the feed unit. The short-circuit units short-circuit one side of each of the radiation patch layers and one side of the feed unit to a ground plane.
