A method for preparing a nontoxic enamel paint, and a nontoxic enamel paint prepared by the method are provided to lower the content of harmful elements such as lead, cadmium, chromium, etc. A method for preparing a nontoxic enamel paint comprises the steps of mixing 2-20 wt% of at least one pigment selected from Bon Red 2MS, Panax Orange Paste, Panax Yellow F5GX, CY Green (Green 7), ferriferocyamide Blue, 1RE/B15301 (CY Blue), Iron Oxide Red, R-902 and Carbon 220; 30-50 wt% of a bean oil resin prepared by using a catalyst calcium naphthenate; 67-27 wt% of an odorless solvent obtained by desulfurization and distillation; 1-3 wt% of a nontoxic mixture dryer; and a coating preventer and a precipitation inhibitor.
