A geotextile mat winding device is provided to bring the various kinds of equipment to the construction site easily. A geotextile mat winding device comprises a supporting board(32) in which installation consists of the easily flat steel plate on the weak soil foundation, a support stand(33) installed at the block frost part of the supporting board, a roller(31) pivotally installed on a pair of support stand, a roller which is pivotally installed to face to the installed roller, a motor(36) installed at the central part of the supporting board in which a pair of rollers are installed, a gear(38) installed at the motor shaft(37) extended and installed in the axis of rotation of the motor, a secondary gear(39) installed at center of the roller installed at the either side it has the regular interval.
