An enucleation system of oocyte or ovum comprises oocyte or ovum culture medium and reagent inlet port(1); a microfluid channel part(7); and an envelope incision microfluidic channel part(10) reducing the diameter of an ovum movement microfluidic channel part; an ovum squeeze microfluidic channel part(16); an enucleated oocyte or the ovum vent(50); and a necleus vent(51) separated from oocyte or ovum.
