A method for a call conversion plus service and a computer-readable recording medium having a program for performing the method are provided to allow a service subscriber to use the call conversion plus service easily even without using an existing telephone number system. When a service subscriber is connected to a system, a parlay application server(51) sets trigger information of the subscriber(S201). When a caller tries a transmission call to the service subscriber(S202), a mobile switching center or a soft switch(32) informs a parlay gateway(40) of call initiation (S203). The parlay gateway informs the parlay application server of call initiation(S204). The parlay application server informs the service subscriber of call arrival(S205). The parlay application server informs the parlay gateway of incoming call initiation again(S206). The parlay application server requests an incoming call number for the service subscriber(S207). The parlay gateway sets an event notice of the service subscriber and the caller(S208). When the parlay gateway transmits a connect message to the mobile switching center or the soft switch(S209), the mobile switching center or the soft switch tries call arrival to the service subscriber(S210). When the mobile switching center or the soft switch receives a response from a VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) terminal(31)(S218), the mobile switching center or the soft switch informs the parlay gateway of call connection(S219). The parlay gateway informs the parlay application server of call connection(S220). When call ends, the mobile switching center or the soft switch informs the parlay gateway of call end(S221). The parlay gateway commands the mobile switching center or the soft switch to end the call(S222). The parlay gateway informs the parlay application server of call end(S223).
