A method for detecting victim using non-blind form in ultra wide band communication system is provided to detect the sacrificial source even in a low SNR without restriction of the hardware implementation. The received signal is converted to the digital signal(S10) and then the first sampling is performed(S12). The center frequency of the sacrificial source WiMax signal for the sampled digital signal is shifted to the base band(S14). It is filtered through the lowpass filter(S16). After separating only the sacrificial source WiMax signal, the secondary sampling is performed and the sacrificial source signal is obtained(S18). The matched filter is applied to the sacrificial source signal to obtain the output value(S20). The sacrificial source is detected according to the presence of the sacrificial source WiMax signal by comparing the output value of the matched filter with the standard value(S22).
