An immune reaction measurement carrier is provided to uniformly and highly densely capture an antibody, detect a material to be measured with high sensitivity and be efficiently prepared at low cost. The immune reaction measurement carrier is prepared by using a complex X-Y-Z(wherein X is a material to be tested, Z is a polymer material having the immunogenicity and Y is a linker to link X to Z) and used for capturing an antibody X' against X and is characterized in that it has at least one portion of the structure or an analog thereof, which the linker Y has, in the molecule. The device for measuring immune reaction comprises a cell receiving the immune reaction measurement carrier and having through holes, a luminescence part, and a light receiving part. The method for measuring immune reaction comprises the steps of: (a) supplying a sample to be tested in which an antibody X' against X to be tested is added into the immune reaction measurement carrier; (b) capturing the antibody X', not linked to the X, in the carrier; and (c) calculating the concentration of the X in the sample to be tested from the capturing amount of the antibody X'.
